By accessing or using Savia ("Service"), operated by Savia (collectively "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Savia provides property intelligence reports for foreign buyers in Spain. Reports include indicative fiscal analysis, price estimates, risk flags, and negotiation guidance. All information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Disclaimer

All analyses, estimates and figures provided by Savia are indicative only. They are based on publicly available data and algorithmic calculations. Savia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the information provided. You should always consult a qualified Spanish lawyer, tax advisor or notary before making any property purchase decision.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Premium, Full Process) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@saviacasa.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, designs, and software provided by Savia are the property of Savia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
